Chungnam Asan leads 3-0 at home against Jeonnam, draws 3-3… 3rd straight win + 10th place jump
Chungnam Asan FC failed to capitalize on a three-goal advantage to draw with the Jeonnam Dragons.
Chungnam Asan drew 3-3 at home with Jeonnam Dragons in the 20th round of the Hana OneQ K League 2 2023 on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Yi Sunshin Sports Complex.
Both teams were satisfied with their third consecutive unbeaten streak (1 win, 2 draws). Chungnam Asan moved up one spot to 10th place with 23 points, while Jeonnam remained in eighth place with 25 points.
Chungnam Asan took control of the game early in the first half. Kang Min-kyu attempted a right-footed mid-range shot on the counterattack in the sixth minute, but it went wide. He didn’t miss another chance in the 14th minute, as his right-footed mid-range shot rattled the net.

The rest of the game was fast-paced. Jeonnam brought on Choo Sang-hoon and Asnawi to make the final push. In the extra time, Choo scored. Chungnam Asan missed out on the win, and Jeonnam came out on top.
